Terms of Service

EasyFly is a flight search and comparison (metasearch) service. We display offers received from partner suppliers for informational purposes; we are not an air carrier, travel agency, or ticket seller.

Displayed prices and availability come from suppliers and can change at any moment. The final price, terms, and availability are confirmed on the partner site at the time of booking. EasyFly does not guarantee that a displayed price will be the final price.

Booking and payment happen exclusively on the partner's site under its terms and privacy policy. The seller or the air carrier is responsible for all ticketing, change, refund, and support matters. EasyFly links may contain an affiliate marker that earns us a commission; it does not affect your price.

Some itineraries may consist of separate tickets (self-transfer). In that case the connection is your responsibility: if you are delayed, the carrier of the next segment is not obliged to transport you. We always flag such itineraries, but assessing the risk is your decision.

Automated bulk scraping, disruptive load, circumventing security mechanisms, and using the service for unlawful purposes are prohibited.

The site's design, name, and content (except third-party materials) belong to EasyFly. Airline names and logos are the property of their respective owners.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyFly is not liable for damages arising from partner actions, cancelled or changed flights, price inaccuracies, or service interruptions.

We may update these terms; the new version applies from the moment of publication. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts of Armenia unless applicable law requires otherwise.
