Privacy Policy

No accounts: you do not need to register to use EasyFly. To operate the service, your device is assigned an anonymous identifier (a randomly generated device ID) that is not linked to your name, email, or any personal data.

Search queries: routes, dates, passenger counts, and cabin class are processed and stored temporarily to show results and improve the service.

Usage analytics: we record anonymous events (for example, a click on an offer) to understand what is useful. These are tied only to the anonymous device ID.

Technical data: server logs may include your IP address and technical request details, used strictly for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.

Your preferences (language, currency, theme), recent searches, and the airport/airline reference database are stored in your browser (localStorage/IndexedDB). They are not sent to our servers, and you can remove them at any time by clearing your browser data.

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Only local storage mechanisms necessary for the service to function are used.

When you proceed to purchase, you are redirected to a partner site (for example Aviasales/Travelpayouts, possibly Kiwi.com and others). The link contains an affiliate marker that may earn us a commission without changing your price. On the partner site your data is processed under their privacy policy.

The site loads airline logos from avs.io and map data from CARTO/OpenStreetMap; your IP address is visible to those services during these requests.

Crash reporting via Sentry may be enabled; in that case technical error context (without personal data) is sent to Sentry.

Search sessions are short-lived and expire automatically. Anonymous analytics are kept for aggregate analysis. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes.

Because we collect no identifying data, we usually have no way to link stored data to you. Nevertheless, you may contact us about access, correction, or deletion of your data and we will respond within a reasonable time.

The service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy; the new version takes effect when published on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised.
